What's the difference between a Pack and a Subscription?
Packs (Mini, Small, Standard, Large) are one-time purchases with a fixed bundle of credits and a validity period (15-180 days). Use them when you have a specific project in mind. Subscriptions (Pro, Max) renew monthly with fresh credits each cycle — best if you have steady ongoing work. You can mix and match: subscribe and still buy a pack when a big project arrives.
What resolution are the renders?
Free plan renders at 1K resolution with a watermark. All paid tiers (Mini, Small, Standard, Large, Pro, Max) render at up to 4K (4096px) with no watermark, suitable for professional presentations and publications.
Do unused pack credits expire?
Yes. Each pack has its own validity window: Mini 15 days, Small 30, Standard 90, Large 180. Credits not consumed within the window expire. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and there is no refund for the unused portion of that period.
Are packs refundable?
Packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits remain available for use throughout the validity period. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription — see our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods are supported?
