What resolution are the renders?
Free plan renders at 1K resolution with a watermark. All paid tiers (Mini, Small, Standard, Large, Pro, Max) render at up to 4K (4096px) with no watermark, suitable for professional presentations and publications.
Do unused pack credits expire?
No. Pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and there is no refund for the unused portion of that period.
Are packs refundable?
Packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire, so they remain available until you use them. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription — see our Refund Policy for details.
